From June to August, changeover days are Saturday to Saturday.
Outside these months, longer stays (8 nights or more) or alternative arrival days may be possible — please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
A £500 refundable damage deposit is payable with the balance and will be returned after departure, subject to standard property checks.

Complimentary pool heating is available from approximately October to May, or when temperatures during these periods make it necessary.
